My USB Flash Drive is not detected during system boot-up, what should I do?
If you are using Windows 98, be sure to install the necessary driver. The driver can be found in the Downloads section. After installation, the USB Flash Drive should be recognised by your host computer. If this does not occur, please contact our technical support using the support request form.
