I plugged my USB Flash Drive in, but Windows XP doesn't recognize it. What should I do?
Please update your Windows XP operating system, by installing Service Pack 2. You can download it directly from the Microsoft website here: Windows Update. After installing the Service Pack, the USB Flash Drive should be recognised by your host computer. If this does not happen, please contact our technical support using the support request form.
