My system locks-up after installing my USB Flash Drive, what happened?
Remove your USB Flash Drive, and reboot your system. After your operating system has completed rebooting, install the USB Flash Drive by plugging it into any available USB port. If the system continues to lock-up after this, please contact our technical support using the e-mail request form.
