With which voltage does the DDR RAM memory module work?
Since the standardization of the DDR400 (PC3200) memory modules made by JEDEC the recommended working voltage corresponds to 2.6 volts. Therefore this is the recommended working voltage as with a working voltage of for instance 2.5 volts it is impossible to achieve a pulse frequency of 200MHz and a data frequency of 400MHz.
