Can I format my USB Flash Drive in NTFS?

Yes you can. Just be aware that when you format your USB Flash Drive with NTFS, you will lose a portion of your available memory to the format file that NTFS uses. For example, on an 8MB USB Flash Drive, you may lose more than 1MB to the files that NTFS will place on your USB Flash Drive. On a 128MB USB Flash Drive, you may lose up to 8MB to NTFS files. Before formatting, be sure that you are willing to lose this space to NTFS.
