The EDO RAM memory module needed to be revised as it only worked with 32 bits. The EDO RAM memory modules possess 72 pins and require a tension of 5 volts. The pulse frequency of the EDO RAM memory module amounts to 66 MHz. The access times are about 60/70ns depending on the memory module.
