What is SDR SD-RAM (SDR DIMM)?
This memory module is the successor of the EDO RAM memory module. It possesses a 64 bits data bus, the access times are ten-times more rapid and the pulse frequency has increased parallel to the FSB. The SDR DIMM memory modules possess 168 pins and are already working with a tension of 3.3 volts. They are compatible to one another. A 133 processor could therefore be inserted on a 66MHz slot.
PC66 66MHz
PC100 100MHz
PC133 133MHz
PC150 150MHz (only interesting to overclock)
