more quickly and accurately.

All third-party labels must be removed from the modules. Otherwise your claim
will not be processed in the modules will be sent back to you or we will charge
you a 1 EUR processing fee per module.

Important information!

  • The RMA number you have been issued is valid for 10 days and then it becomes invalid.
  • If a product is returned for credit, a "restocking fee" of 20% of the value of the goods is charged.
  • Please fax us the signed shipping bill once you have received the product. Fax no. +49 (0)7667 94 14-444
  • Returns without a RMA number (clearly visible on the package) will no longer be accepted or processed.
  • Returns are to be sent postage paid.
  • Please note: "Defective", "Broken", "Does not work", etc. are not descriptions of problems.
  • Exchanging a product does not extend its warranty* period!
