The MEM-Drive Mini HighSpeed is equipped with the current USB 2.0 high speed technology and available in the capacities of 1GB up to 64GB.

Same as for all USB sticks made by takeMS, the user will receive free of charge the full version of the software "Carry it Easy +Plus" takeMS edition having a value of about 20 Euros and the test version of the antivirus software AVIRA AntiVir Premium.
